Im <br />100.02 <br />existence for ten years. Such a club or veterens' organization <br />shall be incorporated in order to be eligible to apply for a <br />license, and the license issued shall he for the sale of intoxi- <br />cating liquors to members and bonified guests only. The Munici- <br />pality may issue the amount of licenses as authorized in <br />Minnesota Statutes 340.11, Subdivision 9 5A. <br />Suhrl,vision 3. "off -sale" Licwnses. "off -sale" licenses <br />shall be issued only to a proprietor of a drug -store or an exclu- <br />sive liquor store, the number of ihich to be determined by the <br />Council. <br />suodivision 4. Sunday Sales. on -sale licenses for the <br />sale of intoxicating liquor on Sunday shall be issued to hotels, <br />restaurants or clubs as defined in Section 100.01, Subdivision 1, <br />and which have facilities for serving not less than thirty guests <br />at one time. <br />Subdivision 5. Bottle Clubs. Bottle Clubs are regulated <br />by the provisions of Minnesota Statute, Chapter 340.119. <br />Subdivision 6. "on -sale Wine_" Li_c_enses. "On -sale wine" <br />m <br />licenses shall be issued to restaurants eeting the qualifica- <br />tions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 340.11, Subdivision 20 and <br />shall permit only the sale of wine not exceeding 14 percent <br />alcohol by volume, for consumption on the licensed premises only, <br />in conjunction with the sale of food. <br />100.03 Application for License. <br />Subdivisior 1. Mlicatiors. Every application for a <br />license to seil liquor shall b" verif'.ec and fi;ad with the <br />Cie-k-Administrator. It shall state the name of the applicant, <br />his age, representations as to his c'aractet, references as may <br />oe required, his citiLenship, whether the application is for <br />"on -sale" or "rf.'-sale", the business in connection with which <br />the proposed license will operate, its 'location, whether 'he <br />applicant is owner and operator of the business, how long he has <br />been or is operating a similar business at that place, whether he <br />has been or is operating a similar business at some other loca- <br />tion (if so, the name of the establishment), and such other <br />information as the Council may require from time to time. The <br />application shall provide a florr plan of the interior of all <br />structures. Such plan shall snow the dimensions and the intender: <br />arrangement and use of all interior space. In addition tc con- <br />taining such information, each application for a license shall be <br />in the form prescribed by the Commissioner of Public Safety. No <br />person shall make a raise scacemrnt a. <br />Subdivision 2. Proof of Financial Responsbility. Each <br />application for a license shall he accompanied by one of the <br />following proofs of financial responsbility: <br />
