Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:15 PM on October 14, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2 Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Quick, Blanchard, 3. Roll Call <br />an Mayor Lin e. <br />It was noted that Councilmember Haake was absent, <br />and Councilmember Hankner was expected to arrive <br />shortly. <br />ALSO PRESENT. City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ <br />A inm�istrator Pauley and Public Works/Community <br />Development Director Thatcher. <br />:Mayor Linke reported tnat the Council had received the report <br />from Northern Sound and requefted that the airport issue be <br />placed on the Oc'_aber 28, 1985 Council agenda, at which tine <br />the Council will set the time and date for an Executive <br />Session to discuss the documentand set their plans. <br />Notion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to a?pro�e the <br />riFe_m ar _ 1985 minutes as presented. <br />3 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the public hearing at 7.17 PM. <br />Councilmember Hankner arrived at 7 18 PM. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained that the <br />1985 long term financial plan was prepared in <br />accordance with Section 7.05 of the Mounds View City <br />Charter, and he reviewed the purpose of the plan. <br />layor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:19 PM. <br />4.
