Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:00 FM on October 28, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Haake, Blanchard, 3. Roll Call <br />Quick, Hankner and Mayor I.inke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Karney, Police Chief Ramacher <br />and Public Works/Community Development Director Thatcher. <br />Mayor Linke explained that Police Chief Ramacher was <br />substituting for Clerk/Administrator Pauley, who was <br />out of town, and Attorney Karney was substituting for <br />Attorney Meyers. <br />Motion/Seronc': Hankner/Quick to approve the minutes of 4. A?provaConsent,of <br />Agenda <br />from the consent agenda. <br />Motion/Second: Haake/Blanchard to approve the consent <br />agen a, minus Item I, and waive the reading of the <br />resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Police Chief Ramacher read proposed Resolution No. 1946, <br />commending Bob Edmond for 17 years of service to the <br />City of Mounds View. <br />
