25.UI <br />CHAPTER 25 <br />STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FUND <br />25.01. DEFINITIONS. <br />The following wards and terms wherever they occur in this <br />Chapter shall be defined as follows: <br />1I) Area. The total area of the subject parcel of land <br />measured in square feet and to the centerline of any <br />abutting public streets or rights -of -way. <br />12) Fund. The Storm Water Management Fund. <br />13) owner. Any individual, firm, association, corpora - <br />ton, syndicate, co -partnership, LfuSt or any other <br />legal entity having sufficient legal or equitaole <br />interest in the subject parcel of land to commence <br />and maintain proceeding for a building permit under <br />Chapter 59 of the Municipal Code. <br />(4) SWM Charge. The Storm Water Management Charge. <br />25.02. ESTABLISHMENT. <br />There is hereby established and created a fund, designated <br />as the "Storm water Management Fund", and a charge, designated as <br />the "Storm water Management Charge". <br />25.03. PURPOSE. <br />Y:ie purpoFe of the Fund is to provide for the preservation <br />and improvement of storm wale• drainage facilities within the <br />Lity of Mcunos View. Then, shall be deposited in the Fund all <br />payments received pursuant to the provi_.io.,s of thie Chapter ano <br />such other mories as shall be specified crom time to time by the <br />City council, <br />25.04. APPLICABILITY. <br />Any owner or hi,, agent, who applies for a building )permit <br />under Chapter 59 of the Municipal Code, shall pay a Storm Water <br />Xanagnment Charge in an amount, as determined hereinafter, to the <br />Fund. <br />
