RESOLUTION NO. 1949 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIES. <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN AD HOC TASK FORCE TO REVIEW <br />PARK FUNDING ALTERNATIVES FOR THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW'S <br />PARKS AND OPEN SPACE SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS the C!ty of Mounds View formally adopted the <br />City-wide Park System Master Plan in November, i980 as part of <br />the City's Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS the Comprehensive Park Plan has not been imple- <br />mented in its entirety; and <br />WHEREAS the Comprehensive Parks and Open Space Plan had a <br />preliminary phasing for park development; anu <br />WHEREAS the City Council and Parks and Recreation Commis- <br />sion have made efforts to implement the Parks and Open Space <br />wherever funds and/or grants have become available. <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View hereby establishes an ad hoc task force <br />to review possible park funding alternatives to further implement <br />the adopted Parks and Open Spare Plan, and <br />i <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City hereby appoints <br />the following seven residents to serve on the task force: <br />Barb rlepew Tom Osm.ond <br />Linda Pavek Fred Kaiser <br />Les Tatarek Neal Valley <br />Todd Wilts <br />Lf IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the task force will cor.mence <br />operating un Th,jrsday, November 7 and submit r report to the City <br />Council for their review nn later that than Dece;�ber 16, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />Adopted thip 12th day of.
