My letter to Horse 6 Rider dated 10/11/85 <br />2. My letter to Horse 6 Rider dated 11/05/85 <br />3. Fry memo dated 10/31/85 <br />The following is a chronology of events: <br />1. On January 10, 1985 the leak was repaired. <br />2. On May 9, 1985 the Bill for S1,590.27 was mailed. <br />3. On October 11, 1985 a letter was sent stating that if the <br />bill was not paid, the City may be forced to start <br />procedures for shutting nff •hC watcr. <br />4. On November 5, 1985 the City returned Horse 6 Rider's check <br />which was in the amount of $795.14 (the check was marked <br />'paid in full" on the front). <br />The hial is clearly Horse 6 Rider's responsibility to pay because <br />City Code Cnapter 70.03, states that maintenance of the curb stop <br />and box is the responsibility of the owner. <br />SWT/bac <br />
