Call to Order <br />uy Mayor Lin?e at 7:02 PM on November 12, 1985. <br />. Pledge of <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Quick, <br />3. Roll Call <br />Hankner, Ilaake and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers and Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley. <br />Mayor Linke nutud the Council had just finished meeting <br />in an executive session with Attorney Meyers. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Ilankner to amend the existing <br />lawsuit and start implementation to include the MAC <br />at this time. <br />5 aye^. 0 nays <br />Motirr./Second: Blanchard/Quick to approve the October <br />28, 1985 minutes as presented. <br />Motion Carried <br />4.
