H. 14 <br />(3) Rlectione.•ring signs may he displayed from the last <br />day of candidacy filing or thirty (3U) days before an election, <br />whichever is earlier. <br />( 4 ) All electioneering signs must be removed no later <br />than five (5) days after an election except that after a primary <br />election signs for the winning primary candidates need not be <br />removed until after the ensuing general election. (254) <br />Subdivision 15. Signs Allowed by District. The following <br />requirements are for allowable ;ig:is as they pertain to zoned <br />districts: <br />(1) R-1 Single Family Residentail District. <br />(a) A sign on residential property stating only the <br />name or address of the occupant not exceeding <br />twc (2) square feet in size. <br />(b) A sign not exceeding ten (10) square feet in <br />area pertaining only to the sale, rental or <br />leasing of the premises upon which displayed. <br />(c) A sign, as allowed in Chapter 40.10, Subdivision <br />03), pertaining to home occupations. <br />(d) signs as allowed in subdivision 14. <br />(2) R-2 Single and Two Family Residential District. <br />(a) Signs as allowed in Subdivision 15(1). <br />(3) R-3 Medium Density Residential District. <br />(a) Signs as allowed in Subdivision 15 (1). <br />r4) R-4 High Density Residential Dist_ict. <br />(a) Signs as allowed in Subdivision 15(1). <br />(5) R-O Residential I)ffice District. <br />(a) Signs a, allowed in Subdivision ISM. <br />(6) B-1 Neigrborhood Business District. <br />(a) Signs not exceeding one hundred (100) square <br />feet total area combiners.
