300.01 <br />f. Narcotic drugs shall be forfeited in certain <br />cases. All narcotic drugs, the lawful posses- <br />sio-, of which is not established nr the title to <br />which cannot. be ascertained, which have come <br />into the custody of a peace officer, shall be <br />forfeited and disposed of pursuant to the provi- <br />sions of Minnesota statutes 618.15. <br />g. Penalties. Any persons violating any provision <br />of this chapter shall be guilty of a misde- <br />meanor. <br />(9) Fireworks. <br />a, sale prohibited. No person shall, within the <br />Municipality, sell, karp f or sa. dispense, or <br />, <br />distribute with or without consideration, or to <br />use in a fireworks, Chinese crackers, rockets, <br />torpedos, or other explosive contrivance; pro- <br />vided however, that this section shall not apply <br />to the keeping and storage for shipment outside <br />the Municipality of any such merchandise if a <br />,pedal permit is uranted therefore by the <br />council. <br />b. CnntiSCdCiOn, Tt Is the duty of the police <br />force to seize any and all fireworks, Chinese <br />crackers, rockets, torpedos, or other explosive <br />contrivances In the pussessinn or used by an-y <br />person within the Municipality contrary to the <br />provisions of this section, and all such fire- <br />works, Chinese crackers, rockets, torpedos, or <br />other explosive contrivances, seized as afore- <br />said shuli be destroyed under the direction and <br />by the authority of the Council. <br />Subdivision 14. Public Misconduct or Nuisance. <br />I1) 609 705 'Inlawful Assembly. <br />12) 6U9.715 Presence at Un,awful Assembly. <br />(3) 609.72 Disorderly Conduct. <br />a. Voluntarily entering the water of any lake or <br />public swimming pool within the limits �f the <br />Municipality between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and <br />5.0o a.m., or enteriny such water without being <br />garbed in a bathing suit sufficient to cover his <br />person and equal to the standards generally <br />adopted and accepted by the public. <br />
