COUE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />BY AMENDING CHAPTER 100 F.NTIriFD, "INTOXICATINC LIOUORS" <br />AND CHAPTER 101 ENTITLF.n. "NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Chapte- 100.08 (7) is amended to read as <br />follows: <br />(7) No licensee shall keep, possess or <br />operate or permit the keeping, possession, or <br />operation of any slot machines, dice, or any <br />gambling device or apparatus on the licensed <br />Beni — or in any room adjoining the licensed <br />premises he shall not permit any gambling therein <br />except when in conjunction with an event licensed <br />....... <br />%.-...... nred by a <br />oua1.veteran or otner nuna u.,, <br />T.; '.
