n ORDINANCE NO. 40) CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL GOOF. OF MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 100 ENTITLED, "INTOXICA'rING LIQUORS" AND CHAPTER 101 ENTITLED, "NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR" The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: SECTION I. Chapter 100.03, Subdivision 2 (a) is amended to read as follows: (a) A certificate that there is in effect an insurance policy or pool providing coverage of at least: (1) 6i99,999 $50,000 because of bodily injury to any one person in any one occurrence and subject to the limit of one person, in the amount of 6399.980 S100,000 because of hodily injury to two or more persons in any one occurrence, and in the amount of$10,000 because of injury to or destruction of property of others in any one occurrence. (2) 6t99,999 $50,000 for loss of means of support of any one person in any one occurrence, and subject to the limit for one person, 6399r999 $100,000 for loss of means of support of two or more persons in any one occurrence. SECTION 11. Chapter 101.03, subdivision 2 (a) is amended to read as follows: (a) A certificate that there is in effect an insurance policy or pooi providing coverage of at least: (1) 6499r999 S5C 000 because of bodily injury to any one person in any one occurrence and subject to the limit of one person, in the amount of 6399r699 S1U0,000 because of bodily injury to two r more persons in any one occurrence, and in the amount of$10,000 because of injury to or destruction of property of others in any one occurrence.
