Call to Order <br />by Mayor Linke at 7:34 PM on June 10, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Haake, Hankner, 3, Roll Call <br />Quick, Blanchard and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ <br />ministrator Pauley and Public Works/Community <br />Development Director Thatcher. <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Hankner to approve the 4. Approval of <br />a-y $—E9Uminutes as corrected. Minutes: <br />May 28, 1985 <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />There were no residents requests or comments from 5. Residents <br />the floor. Requests and <br />Comments from <br />the Floor <br />Motion Second: Haake/Quick to approve the consent 6. Approval of <br />agenda, as presented, and waive the reading of the Consent Agenda <br />resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the purpose 7. lst Reading <br />i393of <br />of the proposed section to be added to the <br />Municipal Code. <br />Attorney Meyers explained who would be handling the <br />fines collected, and stated they would be bonded <br />and responsible. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley added that all employees <br />with the City are presently bonded. <br />
