r <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1904 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO JOE WITZMANN <br />WHEREAS, Joe Witzmann resigned his position on the <br />Mounds View Energy Council after six months of service; and <br />WHEREAS, Joe Witzmann has shown a sincere interest in <br />the welfare of the citizens of Mounds View during his tenure <br />on the Mounds View Energy Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Joe Witzmann won the respect and gratitude <br />of those who have had the privilege of working with him on <br />the Energy Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of Mounds View, on behalf of the residents of <br />the City of Mounds View, expresses its appreciation to Joe <br />Witzmann for his dedicated and devoted service on the Mounds <br />View Energy Council. <br />Adopted this 24th day of June, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor Jerry Linke Councilmember Blanchard <br />Councilmember Hankner Councilmember quick <br />Clerk-Administratorr Pauley <br />(SEAL) <br />
