ORDINANCE NO, 193 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY Of kAMSI'Y <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTAHLISHING CHAP'rHR 400 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />ENTITLED, "ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES" AND AMENDING CHAPTER I <br />op THE MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED, GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />OF THE CODE <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Chapter 400 of the Municipal Code Entitled, <br />"Administrative offenses" is established as <br />follows: <br />400.01 Definition. An administrative offense <br />is a violation of a section, subdivision, <br />paragraph or provision of this code when one <br />Mr -forms an act prohibited, or fails to act wh <br />such failure is thereby prohibited, and is <br />subject to the penalty set forth in Chapter <br />1.11, Subd. 2.01 of this code, and the schedul <br />411 U2 Notice and Payment.
