ORDINANCE NO. 394 <br />�. CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW SY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 63 ENTITLED, "FIRE CODE" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 63.06 is hereby amended by adding <br />Subdivision 4 as follows: <br />Subdivision 4. Fire Inspector: <br />The City shall appoint a fire inspector to <br />handle routine inspections and fire prevention <br />buildings industrial buildings, ano mulcipie <br />dwelling occupancies The appointed fire <br />inspector shall be responsible for the <br />enforcement of these routine inspection <br />matters. All other matters currently handled <br />the Eire department come under the direction <br />Fire Chief, shall remain the function of the <br />Fire Department. <br />SECTION II.
