` 5.6) The City agrees that sufficient funds shall be <br />1 made available to ensure payment of all commitments agreed <br />to at past budget hearings. In the event it is determined <br />at: any time during a Fiscal Year by the Fire Department and <br />contirmud by the Clerk -Administrator of the City that <br />budgetary appropriations are not sufficient to meet annual <br />expensus, the Fire Department may submit a request for <br />additional funding to the City according to the procedures <br />outlined in Articles 5_3, 5_4, and 5_5. <br />5.7) The Fire Department agrees to submit to the City a <br />copy of the Fire Department's annual financial report as <br />Prepared by its certified public accountant no later than <br />June 3U of each year. <br />ARTICLE 6 <br />TERM AND RENEWABILITY <br />6.1) The duration of this contract shall be from <br />January 1, L986 through December 31, 1990. The contract <br />shall be automatically renewed on the same terms and condi- <br />tions contained herein unless either party gives a 6 month <br />notice to terminate this contract or renegotiate any portion <br />thereof 6 months prior to December 31, 1910- In the event <br />the term of this contract expires prior to the execution of <br />a subsequent contract and during the time in which negotia- <br />tions betwen the parties are proceeding there shall be a 90 <br />day grace period commencing on the date of such expiration <br />during which this contract shall continue in full force and <br />uttect. <br />
