Publiaring <br />Supper Club at 8:25 PM. There was no one present Su toclleer Club <br />who wished to address the issue, so he closed the pp <br />public hearing at 8:25 PM. <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing for Budget <br />Liquor at 8:26 PM. There was no one present who <br />wished to address the issue, so he closed the <br />public hearing at 8:26 PM. <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing for the <br />Ballroom <br />present who wished tThere n <br />to address theissue,so he <br />closed the public hearing at 8:26 PM. <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing for the <br />Theodore Jarvis property at 8:26 PM. <br />Director Thatcher reviewed the request of the <br />applicant. He explained the code requires a <br />public hearing for an oversize accessory building. <br />He added Mr. Jarvis meets all code requirements, <br />and notices were mailed and published in the <br />' official newspaper. <br />Jan Brisdell, 2287 Oakwood Drive, asked what the <br />accessory building would be used for. <br />Director Thatcher replied it could be used for the <br />storage of garden and lawn equipment, or a boat <br />or recreational vehicles. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8:29 PM <br />and reopened the regular meeting. <br />CletWAdministrator Pauley reviewed the request <br />of the Groveland Park Foundation for $2500 in <br />City funds to purchase playground equipment. He <br />recommended the funds be transferred from the <br />contingency fund into the park budget, so that <br />the Park Commission could provide the funds. <br />Councilmember Blanchard asked if the funds would <br />be repaid to the contingency fund. Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley replied they would not, as <br />there would not be any revenue with which to pay <br />it back. He explained he was merely presenting <br />the request on behalf of the Groveland Park <br />Foundation, and he reviewed the funds they have <br />to date, and the equipment they would like to <br />purchase. <br />14.
