Councilmembers <br />Councilmember Quick reported he had ridden with <br />the Police last Saturday night, and they had <br />driven through the Loose Ends parking lot and <br />not observed any activity. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Mayor Linke reported he had received the resigna- <br />tion of Donna Bowman from the Park and Rec <br />Commission, and authorized the Clerk/Administrator <br />to advertise the vacancy. <br />
