ARTICLE; 1 <br />SERVICES PROVIDED <br />I . I ) Fire Department agrees to answer ail calls for <br />Eire protection by sending out fire fighting equipment and <br />personnel as soon as practical to such areas designated and <br />requested by the residents of the City. <br />1.2) All portions of the City of Mounds View shall he <br />designated on a map and attached or on file at the city <br />otfice. A copy shall be supplied to Eire Department. <br />1.3) Fire Department agrees to furnish the fire service <br />protection, equipment, and personnel and such other services <br />as requested by the residents of the City to the said <br />designated areas in the City, for the consideration set <br />forth below, and agrees that its firemen will make every <br />reasonable effort to attend all fires in said designated <br />areas when notified of such fires, provided, however, in <br />the event the fire fighting equipment or some part thereof <br />with attending personnel is engaged in fighting fires or in <br />response to emergency calls within the cities of Spring Lake <br />Park, Blaine and Mounds View or pursuant to mutual aid <br />agreements with other communities, said fire department will <br />respond to the call as soon as practical and the judgement <br />of the Fire Chief, officer -In -Charge of the Fire Department <br />shall be final; provided, further that road and weather <br />conditions are such that the Eire run can be made with <br />reasonable safety to the men and equipment of said fire <br />department. <br />-2- <br />
