Community Center/Natural Ice Arena - $650,ODU <br />This facility would include a natural ice arena, general <br />seating area, pro shop, kitchen facilities and concession <br />area. <br />II. General Park Improvements: <br />A. Buildings and park shelters <br />1. Silver View Park - $30,000 <br />2. Greenfield Park - $30,000 <br />B. Picnic and free play area <br />1. 70 picnic tables at $150 each - $10,500 <br />2. 20 new grills at $200 each - $4,000 <br />3. 10 bike racks at $20U each - $2,000 <br />4. 5 drinking fountains - $5,000 <br />Total General Park Improvements - $19,000 <br />III. Walking trails - $159,425 <br />I`/. Site amenities. <br />A. Paving of Silver View Park larking Lot - $80,000 <br />(including ecncrete curb and quttvr) <br />B. 20 trash cement trash recipticles at $200 each - $4,000 <br />Total site amenities - $84,000 <br />V. Play areas: <br />A. City Hall Park - $25,000 <br />B. Silver View Park - $35,000 <br />C. Hillview Park - $20,000 <br />, <br />D. Woodcrest Park - $10,000 <br />
