Consent Agenda <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Quick to approve the <br />consent agenda, minus Item C, and waive the reading <br />of the resolutions. <br />Motion Carrie <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Carrie-1 <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the intent of 7. 2nd Reading and <br />the ordinance is to reduce the current level of Adoption of <br />insurance requirements the City has set for the <br />Ord. No. 4(1 <br />liquor establishments within the City, to equal <br />thube set by the State. <br />
