Exhibits: <br />a) Site, grading and utility plan <br />b) Development plan <br />rl Site survey <br />d) Legal description <br />e) Ordinance No. 49A 7-year performance bond <br />of $1,000.0U <br />f) Building plans and specifications <br />2.
