MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNC <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINisrRATOjt� <br />DATE: JANUARY 23, 1986 (�/ <br />SUBJECT: POLICE DEPARTMENT PART TIME, CLERK-PYPIs' <br />WAGES <br />I was recently reminded by Police Chief Ramacher that the <br />wages of the Police Department's Part -Time Clerk -Typist had <br />not officially been adjuted by the City Council to reflect <br />the increase from $5.09 to $6.00 per hour provided for in <br />the 1986 budget. As this position is not part of the <br />Comparable Worth Study and will not be regulated under that <br />program, it would be appropriate for the Council to approve <br />a wage adjustment At this time. Therefore, Staff would <br />request Council considerAtion of the attached Resolution <br />No. 1976 setting the 1986 hourly rates for the Police <br />Department's part-time Clerk -Typist. <br />OFP/m 1s <br />
