Th.- Mounds View Charter Commission mat -in <br />December 19, 1985 and unanimously approved an <br />amendment to the Home Rule Charter to comply with <br />the provisions of Minnesota Law relatinq to the <br />timelines for Iif ng for candidacy for local otticu. <br />SECTION 11. Chapter 4, Section 4.02 is amended to read <br />as follows: <br />Section 4.02 Filing for Office.
