SMllil <br />DATE: FEBRUARY 12, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: HIRING OF A COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER <br />Jill Stevens applied for the Co munity service Officer (i w) <br />position in the Sprinq of 1983 and was hired for the job on <br />May 2, 1983. She performed extremely well in that position. <br />On June 27, 1984 she submitted a letter requesting a leave of <br />absence due to medical problems which she hoped to resolve. Her <br />ambition at that time was to resolve the medical difficulties and <br />get a letter from her doctor which would approve a return to work <br />status. <br />On November 5, 1985, Mrs. Stevens submitted a letter to us from <br />Neurosurgery Associates which would a'low her, to return as CSO <br />with the limitations that she not lift ver 25 pounds.
