A copy of the preliminary prrxgrnm is enclosed for your review. A nwetino to <br />discuss the proposed program with you and solicit your comments and those of other <br />city representatives will be held at Ramsey County Public Works Department, 3377 <br />North Rice Street, Shoreview, at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 6, 1986. <br />Your written comments on the program should he submitted to one by March 21, IN& <br />A final program, prepared after consideration of your comments, will be exploineu nr <br />a public meetinq at %:30 a.m., Monday, April 21, 1986, at 356 Courthouse, Saint Paul, <br />Minnesota, conducted by the Public Works Committee of the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />You are invited to attend the proposed .neeting aid to send me your written comments <br />on the program.
