Consider,.,,,, <br />direction, Staff had prepared an ordinance renewing of Ordinance <br />Ordinance No. 390, exterdino the effective date as No. 405 <br />far as State statute allows, which is 18 months. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to have the first <br />reading of Ordinance No. 405, renewing Ordinance <br />No. 390 prohibiting deveiooment of certain properties <br />on an interim basis. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained that because of <br />the lawsuit the City has going on concerning the <br />Master Plan, Staff would recommend that the Council <br />request the Metropolitan Council not approve the <br />MAC's proposed 1986-87 capital improvement program <br />until such time as the issues outlined in the City's <br />lawsuit with the Metropolitan Council and MAC are <br />resolved. <br />It was the consensus of the Council to follow <br />Staff's recommendation. <br />Motion Carried <br />10.
