Security for the development in an amount to be <br />determined. <br />3. Exhibit 2A to require the following: <br />a) Paved parking area to use H-6-18 vurbinq. <br />b) Concrete cross curb and qutter shall be <br />installed at the entrance and the exit. <br />c) Payment of all City expenses above and beyond <br />amounts previously submitted. <br />d) Other items as may be required by the City <br />Council. <br />e) A light shall also be installed on the east <br />side of the building. The light shall not <br />shine onto the exit ramp. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission rerommends that a ronditional use permit he <br />granted which includes the above items and the following <br />items: <br />1. Trees and shrubs shall he properly maintained. <br />2. Garhage cans and trash shall he located inside <br />the trash enclosure. <br />3. If the business Hosea and in not renpened within <br />one year, the conditional fse permit It null and <br />void. <br />4. An attendant shall he on duty f-ir a minimum of 4 <br />hours per day.
