RESOLUTION NO. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RETAINED F.ARNINgS OF THE. WATER <br />AND SEWER FUNDS FOR FUTURE FOR WATER AND SEWER MAIN BREAKS <br />WHEREAS, $15,000 was budgeted for water main breaks ann <br />$I5,000 was budgeted for sewer main breaks in 1485; and <br />WHEREAS, at December 31, 1985 there existeu a budget <br />balance of 512,522 for water main breaks and them existed a <br />budget balance of $6,804 for sewer mai6 breaks; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council to aesignate <br />Retained for future water and sewer main breaks; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council tnat <br />$12,522 of retained earnings Of the Water Fund is hereby <br />designated for Future Water Main Breaks and affirms that as a <br />consequence of this designation the total amount to designated ' <br />is $42,890 and that $6,804 of retained earnings Of the Sewer <br />Fund is hereby designated for Future Sewer Main Breaks and <br />affirms that as a conae;.ie^ce of this designation the total <br />amount so designated is $25,639. <br />Adopted this th day of , 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />--------- <br />Mayor <br />----- <br />clerk-AdtniriiafreEor <br />
