A. Hickok <br />and Associates dated December 12, 1985. <br />Site Plan for the proposed Park and Ride facility undated and received <br />December 16, 1985. <br />Layout and grading plan for MTC Park and Ride facility - Mounds View <br />undated and received December 16, 1985. <br />These exhibits have been reviewed and the following comments are made: <br />1. Permit approval from the Rice Creek Watershed District is required for <br />this project. <br />2. The District will require that any grading or filling activity below the <br />established 100-year floodplain elevation for this site of 878.3 MSL is <br />prohibited unless compensatory storage is provided. Caiculatiers which <br />will evaluate the impact of this activity will be required. <br />Preparation of a sediment -erosion control plan will be necessary which <br />will retain all sediment on site. This plan must also include an <br />implementation schedule for erosion control measures including notes <br />addressing establishment of temporary or permanent vegetative cover at <br />the completion of grading.
