RF.SOI.OTION No. ISti-B6 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />r00NTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE of MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDATION Tr) THE PITY COUNCIL RF.r,ARD1NG MOIINDS VIEW <br />PLANNING, CASE NO. 183-86, NEI'ROPOLI'rAN rRANSIr COMMISSION <br />PARK AND RIDE FACrIATY <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Transit commission (MTC) <br />has requested City approval to construct a 52-space park and <br />ride facility near the southeast corner of county Road H and <br />Highway 10 in the City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, ronstruction of this parking lot, as <br />requested, requires approval of the development; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has n-viewed the <br />staft report and reviewed information submitted by the <br />applicant which includes thr- followinq: <br />1. Development Plan <br />2. Site Survey <br />3. Evidence of Site Control; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has also reviewed <br />this proposal and it is in conformance with all chapters of <br />the Municipal Code, specifically chapters 40, 42, 49, and <br />49A and State Statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, this development shall be appruveu by the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) pi inr to construction; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of Lhe request by <br />MTC contingent upon appr(ival. from Ramsey rounty for curb <br />cuts and RCWD for storm water detention; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a development agreement <br />be entered into between the City and the developer which <br />includes the following: <br />Exhibits: <br />a) Site, Grading and (Itility Plan <br />b) Development Plan <br />c) Site Survey <br />d) Legal Descriptinn <br />e) Ordinances N,�. 49A 7-Yedr Performance <br />Bond of $1,000 <br />f) Building Plans anJ Specifications <br />q) Landscapinq Pl,in <br />
