RESOLUTION NO. 1993 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY r,F PAMSFY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />aFSnL.UTION DESIGNATING RETAINED EARNINGS OF THE WATFR <br />FANG FOR FUTURE. MAINTF.NANCF. AND <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the 1985 Water Fund Budqct provided $65,958 for <br />projects contained in the 1983 Water and Sewer System's <br />Maintenance and Capital Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 31, 1985 there remained a balance <br />of $35,917 available for Water Fund maintenance and capital <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council to make those <br />monies available for future maintenance and capital <br />improvement projects; <br />NOW, THFREFORE BE I"r RESOLVED by the Council that <br />an additional $35,917 of re;.a;ned earninqs of the Water Fund <br />is hereby designated for Future Maintenance and Capital <br />Improvement Projects and affirms that as a consequence of this <br />designation the total amount so designated is now $57,681. <br />Adopted this 24th day of March, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
