DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 86-73 <br />EXHIBIT 2A <br />I <br />In addition to .he foregoing conditions, the Developer agrees <br />to the following: <br />1. Paved parking area to use B-6-18 curbing. <br />2. Concrete cross curb and gutter shall be installed <br />at the entrance and the exit. <br />3. Payment of all City expenses above and beyond <br />amounts previously submitted. <br />4. A light shall also be installed on the east side <br />of the building.
