-20- <br />(c) QUOTATION SHEET, COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF <br />GARBAGE AND RUBBISH IN THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />DATED AND SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR ON <br />received by the City on <br />and accepted by the City <br />on the _ day o 1986. <br />(d) Public Contractor's Surety Bond in the <br />principal sum of One Hundred Thousand <br />($100,000) Dollars. <br />Each and all of the aforementioned contract <br />documents are hereby incorporated into this Contract by <br />specific reference and the terms and provisions thereof are <br />and constitute a part of this contract as though attached <br />hereto or fully set forth herein. <br />3. It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto <br />that the amount of per month per <br />dwelling unit in residential buildings of 4 units or <br />less shall be remitted to the Contractor, which the <br />Contractor agrees to accept in full compensation for <br />the collection and disposal of garbage, ccmbustible <br />and non-combustible rubbish in the City of Mounds <br />View, pursuant to the provisions of the atore- <br />mentioned SPECIFICATIONS. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set <br />th_ir hands and seals as of the day and year first above <br />written. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />By: <br />
