OF MTNNrcnTn <br />MOUNDS VIEW DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 86-'3 <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of <br />19_, by and between the CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, <br />County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, party of the first part, <br />hereinafter called the "City", <br />and <br />party of the second part, hereinafter called the "Developer", <br />W I T N E S S E i H: <br />WHEREAS, the Developer, in consideration of a self - <br />serve car wash at 2135-Program Avej,,un ' <br />and the issuance of permits thereof, Hereby agrees with the City to <br />perform all of the acts required herein and to conform to all of <br />t'ie conditions set forth as follows: <br />1. wherever the word "City" appears herein, it shall mean <br />and include the City of Mounds View and also said City's agents and <br />employees; and wherever the word "Developer" appears herein, it <br />shall mean the developer, and any of its agents and employees. <br />Wherever the words "development site" appear herein, it shall mean <br />the premises described in the following exhibits: <br />Exhibit 1 (legal description) <br />Exhibit 2 (site, grading and Utility plan) <br />Exhibit 3 (Development plan ) ' <br />Exhibit 4 (Site Survey �---) <br />Exhibit 5 (ordinance No. 49A 7-ye rd performance <br />bond of $1,000) <br />Rev. 4/13/81 <br />
