Consideration <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the proposed of Rslt. No. 1990 <br />resolution would establish payment for non -union <br />police officers for uniform expenses and he reviewed <br />the proposed resolution. <br />Councilmember Hankner questioned who the non -union <br />officers are and why uniformed officers would be <br />compensated in a different manner than plain <br />clothes officers. <br />
