cif of vourdgview
May 1, 1980
Dear Parks and Recreation Commissioners:
gFPAItT h14 NT nlPARKS,
R[r.RpATIUN AND FORESTRY
RAMSEY COUNTY, MIN NESOTA
2401 HIGHWAY 10
MU V NDS V I f W, MINN, 55112
784-3055
Enclosed is your packet of information for the May 1, 1980 Parks and
Recreation Commission meeting. The major issue that we have before
us this evening is the development and upgrading of the Edgewood Jr.
High School/Park Site. It is staffs desire to bring this issue before
the City Council at their regularly scheduled May 12, 1980 meeting.
In addition it should be noted that the City Council has appointed
Myself as the Acting City Administrator during the interim between
the hiring of a new administrator. My reason for making note of this
is that the "double duty" may necessitate an occassional late packet
or delayed memo to the Park Commission. I would appreciate your
understanding and patience on these items if if should become a problem,
but hopefully it will be the exception rather than the rule.
S
Bruce K. Anderson, Dir ctor
Parks, R creation an Forestry
8KA/sw
Enclosure
