INS <br />outside facilities for the optimum benefit of citizens living within <br />the School District in general and citizens of the City in particular. <br />To this end, the School District shall, upon execution of this agreement, <br />furnish the Parks and Recreation Director of the City with a schedule of <br />the dates and times on.which the School District may be utilizing the* <br />said outside facilities in connection with its regular and summer school <br />curriculums and related activities. Use of the facility shall be <br />governed by, School District Policy #1330. <br />5. TERMINATION <br />The parties may terminate this agreement by the mutual agreement of the <br />School District and the City, or by either party giving the other ninety <br />(90) days prior written notice of termination. <br />6. DURATION <br />This agreement shall be in force and of effect upon its execution by the <br />respective parties following authorization by resolution of the governing <br />bodies thereof and shall remain in full force until officially terminated. <br />1. BINDING EFFECT <br />This agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their successors. <br />10 <br />
