That the proposed zoning for the parcel <br />will be roughly as presented to us to- <br />night, with the southwest corner being <br />R-I and the middle residential designated <br />area will have no greater density th€..+ 4 <br />units per acre of its developable land <br />The 3.0 acre area designated elderly mid - <br />rise will still be open to discussion. <br />Vote on second amendment. 5 ayes <br />2 nays <br />Burmeister voted nay because she wanted to con- <br />sider the densities at the Concept Stage. <br />Mountin agreed with that and also stated the <br />City did not have a zero lot line ordinance <br />which could affect those densities. <br />Vote on first amendment. 7 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Vote on main motion. 6 ayes <br />1 abstain <br />
