Paul Glaves has 7 years of ex- <br />perience in public and private planning and development <br />services specializing in feasibility analysis and economic <br />efficiency. Paul Popelka has 7 years of experience in public <br />and private design, coordination of construction documents <br />and specifications, and adherence to budget and time con- <br />straints. We believe that the experience and skills of our <br />project team provide a unique opportunity to work effectively <br />with City staff, the Park and Recreation Commission, the City <br />Council and with the public. <br />RCM realizes the importance of a well coordinated, planned and <br />executed park design and development program to the community's <br />citizens and officials.
