STATEMENT OF PROJECT <br />Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. understands that the Request for <br />Proposal for Phase One Development of Silver View Park includes three <br />phases: <br />a. Design and development of an overall Park Master Plan for Silver <br />View Park. <br />b. Preparation of construction documents and specifications for Phase <br />One Development. <br />c. Construction Management or supervision of Phase Drie DevelepMrt. <br />The firm understands the requirements of the detailed sub -elements of <br />the respective three phases and has responded accordingly in its proposal. <br />RCM is aware of the items to be provided by the City of Mounds View ws well <br />as the time constraints related to the Silver View Park project. <br />RCM's proposed fees will include all time, labor and materials necessary <br />to complete the project. As per your Request for Proposal, both Phase C and <br />additional services have 'Qen stated on an hourly fee basis. <br />It is understood that the City of Mounds View will draft the formal <br />Consulting Services Agreement and that work can commence immediately upon <br />ratification by both parties. <br />3 <br />
