COMPENSATION <br />RCM will provide the master plan for Silver View Park and the construction <br />documents for Phase I development of Silver View Park for a fixed fee of <br />$15,500 payable as follows: <br />A. The sum of $3,500 upon completion of the Concept Plans for the <br />development of Silver View Park. <br />B. The sum of $4,000 upon completion of the Master Plan for Silver <br />View Park. <br />C. The sum of $8,000 upon the completion of the plans, specifications, <br />and other bid documents for Phase I development of Silver View Park. <br />RCM will provide construction supervision during the Phase I construction <br />of Silver View Park to be compensated on an hourly basis in accordance <br />with the Fee Schedule contained on the next page. <br />RCM will provide additional servic^s, not within the scope of the basic <br />services set forth in the work program, to be compensated on an hourly basis <br />in accordance with the Fee Schedule contained on the next page. <br />7 <br />
