Several of the <br />Silver View Park team members have worked with members of the Metropolitan <br />Councils Park and Open Space Commission staff as well as with the Depart- <br />ment of Historical Resources and the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />in securing grants for parks and trails improvements. <br />Possessing a sensitivity to the parks development process, our staff is <br />acutely aware of the need for citizen participation and the need for <br />accurate design and engineering so as to properly plan and design for <br />access, utilities, site grading and site drainage.
