The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. <br />in the City Hall Council Chambers. <br />The schedule for the three firms is as follows: <br />1. 6:00 p.m. - Sanders and Associates; Bill Sanders <br />2. 7:00 p.m. - Brauer and Associates; Paul Fjare <br />3. 8:00 p.m. - Saur-ors and Thalden Associates; Gary Tushie <br />I have enclosed a staff memo dated November 25, 1979 which outlines a few <br />possible questions you may wish to direct towards the three firms. A copy of <br />the letter that was forwarded to each firm is also included for your perusal. <br />The Council did discuss the enclosed memo regarding the warming house condition. <br />It was the basic consensus of the City Council that they concurred with staffs <br />recommendation and I am in the process of soliciting bid proposals for the in- <br />stallation of the doors. <br />Lastly the City Council has requested that each Commissioner inform staff as to <br />when they began their term with the Parks and Recreation Commission.
