Bid Proposal <br />_2- Silver View Park <br />TIME CONSTRAINTS <br />1. All Bid Proposals must be submitted to: <br />6. Develop a final master park plan and make final presentation to <br />Park Commission and City Council including cost estimates, project <br />feasibility and outline of proposed implementation in a three phase <br />process. This will include full color, formal presentation boards, <br />and thirty W" x 11" reproducible copies. <br />B. Preparation of construction documents and specifications required to <br />receive formal bid proposals for Phase One Construction of Silver View <br />Park. <br />1. Prepare the required specifications for the development of Phase <br />One to include: <br />a. Develop and prepare ten sets of construction documents for <br />Phase One Construction to include development of the following <br />facilities: <br />1. Two baseball/softball fields <br />2. Underground irrigation system <br />3. Approximately 90 car parking lot <br />4. Park access road <br />5. Initial site grading <br />6. Turf establishment <br />2. Oversee bid opening and assist staff with review of bid proposal <br />including review of required bid bonds and/or insurance documents. <br />3. Attend City Council meeting to present staff report on bid proposal `( <br />recommendations. <br />C. Construction management and/or supervision of Phase One Development. <br />1. Assist staff with the overall review of site construction manage- <br />ment to ensure that bid proposals are being followed. This will <br />include; preparing any bid modifications and/or deviations, signing <br />off on final project and actual on -site inspections on a weekly basis. <br />TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />The City of Mounds View shall provide: <br />1. All background information they may have available related to this <br />project and necessary instructions and input regarding the program <br />requirements. <br />2. Existing site plans and building lines, topographical surveys and <br />utility maps of each of the sites. The selected planning firm shall be <br />able to rely on the accuracy of these documents. <br />3.'
