Design Team <br />The Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department <br />of Mounds View will become an integral part <br />of the Planning and Design Team organised by <br />Earth Plum. Hader the leadership of Earth <br />Plus, this team will provide the structure <br />for effective communication and decision <br />making. The team will formulate concepts <br />and goals for the silver View Park and develop <br />the comprehensive planning and design criteria <br />requested to insure an optimum development <br />plan. Mr. Hadersbeck will serve as profes- <br />sional -in -charge. It will be his responsi- <br />bility to direct the efforts or the design <br />team to assure compliance and implementation <br />of all project goals. ice'. Broughton will be <br />Project Manager, whose responsibility will be <br />to solve the technical aspeots of all the <br />project's goals and maintain the project <br />schedule. Mr. Anderson, Director of the Parks, <br />Recreation and Forestry Department, will be <br />the primary Mounds View team member. He will <br />provide insight into City policy, the goals <br />of the Mounds View Park system, and review <br />the actual design decisions as developed b <br />Earth Plus. The adjacent diagram illustrates <br />all team members and those tasks each will <br />perform. Resumes of Earth Plus staff and <br />consultants are located at the end of this <br />proposal. <br />
