Design Proposal <br />Design Process <br />The adjacent page titled "Design Process" is <br />graphic illustration ation of `ha vakiviia ataPs <br />and tasks to be accomplished for Silver View <br />Park. The steps in the design process have <br />been separated into sections that correspond <br />to the three phases "A, B & C," as identified <br />in the Request for Proposal. Barth Plus will <br />provide the leadership to accomplish all <br />tasks identified in phases A, B and C within <br />the time frame and budget allowances set <br />forth by the program for Silver View Park. <br />Sian Services and Professional i-ees <br />The Request for Proposal and the Design <br />Process diagram identify three overall phases <br />that will carry the Silver View Park from <br />conceptual design through to construction <br />implementation. Earth Plus has reviewed each <br />phase and the associated tasks and assessed <br />the amount of professional services required <br />for completion. The following is a breakdown <br />of each phase and our proposed feess <br />Phase A: "Design and development of an <br />overall Park Concept Plan for <br />Silver View Park." <br />Task. <br />Completion of final Master Plan, <br />final presentation to Parka <br />Commission and the City Council, <br />cost estimates, project feasi- <br />bility, outline of implementation, <br />full color resentation boards <br />and thirty presentation <br />black and white <br />copies. <br />Professional Feess $5,450.00 <br />(including consultants, <br />expenses and printing) <br />
