Two baseball/softball fields <br />2. Underground irrigation system <br />3. Approx. 90 car parking lot <br />4. Park access road <br />5• Initial site grading <br />6. Turf establishment <br />Provide 10 sets of construction <br />documents. Oversee bid opening, <br />review bid proposals with staff, <br />review bid bonds and insurance <br />documents, attend City Council <br />meeting to present bid proposal <br />recommendations. <br />Professional Fees: $7,260.00 <br />(Including consultants, <br />expenses and printing) <br />Phase C: "Construction management or <br />supervision of Phase One <br />development." <br />Task: <br />Assist staff on a weekly basis <br />with on site observations to <br />ensure compliance with bid <br />documents, negotiate and pro- <br />cess change orders, prepare <br />punch list, sign off on final <br />completion. <br />Professional Pees: Hourly* <br />*Earth Plus proposes to provide <br />these services on an hourly <br />basis plus expenses.
