Proposed Planning Commission Resolution No. 131-85 <br />dated May 15, 1985 <br />5. My letter to Russ Herbst dated May 21, 1985 <br />6. Preliminary Plat of Herbst Enterprises dated April 9, <br />1986 <br />Per City requirements, Herbst and Sons is proposing to sub- <br />divide their properly so that the Herbst and Sons consttuction's <br />building is on a separate lot and the Perkins' Restaurant is also <br />on a separate lot. In other words, they are proposinq to sub- <br />divide one lct into three lots. The Saddle Shop and Pettibone <br />are already on separate lots. <br />Herbst and Sons are requesting the following: <br />1. Maior subdivision approval <br />2. Rezon ing_,pL4posed lot and the lot that Pettibone is _on <br />from 8-3 to I-1. <br />3. Va tr sore apprgval (15' variance from the 10' sideyard set- <br />oack reguirement).-7�s i� S necessary hecause_the existing <br />Herbst and Sons building_ is resently loc_ate_d__5' from_the <br />existing property line. - - <br />Herbst and Sons Company is not planning an addition for their <br />building at the present time.
