He explained the auditors have requested Greenfield Park <br />the transaction be backdated to December 1985. Grant <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to adopt Resolution No. <br />1998, authorizing the transfer of funas to the <br />Greenfield Park Grant Fund for the City's share <br />of the grant and the closing of the fund upon <br />completion of the project plans, ana waive the <br />reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed his memo of <br />April 10, 1986 to the Council, regarding the <br />police computer software contract. <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Hankner to authorize <br />the Mayor to enter into an agreement to purchase <br />a Police Records Management Module Software <br />Package from MaSys Corporatinn, totaling $21,600, <br />and to enter into a software licensing and <br />installation agreement dated April 8, 1986. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />12.
